i have about 30 SSIS packages that import data from different excel files. Is there a way to automate the execution of those to one file?

If running from a SQL Agent Job, in the job step, you can modify the destination in the data sources tab

I would make sure EACH "File" Loads to a staging table, audit the data, ten worry about loading to a single table

Excel is very dicey

why do you need separate package for each?
Cant you keep them inside separate data flow tasks inside same package?

if you want to keep them in separate packages and call it from single job add a master package which just had execute package task inside a for each loop and make the loop iterate though other packages by creating a ado.net recordset or a list inside
