| Hello All,We have a new build Test Reporting Server. We have taken a backup of a ReportServer DB on Old server and trying to restore on new build Server.We were unable to browse the Reporting Manager and Web Service URL gets an Error: The report server installation is not initialized. Then we did the follwing steps1)In SSMS we have ReportServer DB in that we have table called KEYS, there were two entries one with the new Machine name and with the Old Machine Name. So we have deleted both the entries and restarted the reporting Service which solved our problem. Now we can browse the Reporting Manager and Web Service URL.But we are unable to open few reports it gives an error :An error has occurred during report processing. (rsProcessingAborted)The report server is unable to access encrypted data. Apply a back-up key or delete all encrypted content. (rsEncryptedDataUnavailable) |

| We didnot take Encryption Key backup on Old Server. We tried to delete the encryption key but, its not deleting. Can anyone share your thoughts on this. |
