How to select out the statement

1)All vehicle A
2)All vehicle B and C
3)All vehicle D but small only

vehicle A(list of vehicle from US)
vehicle B(list of vehicle from Japan)
vehicle C(list of vehicle from Korea)
vehicle D(list of vehicle from German)

select ... from tableName where (im stuck on my where condition)

you need to provide more information especially on the table schema.

I can only guess it is something like this

WHERE country = 'US'
or country in ('JAPAN', 'KOAREA')
or (country = 'GERMAN' and size = 'SMALL')
