Your question is hard to answer because it is rather vague. You can create a temp table using the create table command (http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms174979.aspx ) in T-SQL. For example CREATE TABLE #tmp1(col1 int, col2 char(32)); As to producing results, that depends on what your tables are, what the data is etc. Take a look at Brett's blog here - that may help you formulate the question more precisely |

You can probably show us what you meant by means of sample data.
