I am new to sql, but i have to use it for my pricing updates. I am using this program here http://store-manager-for-magento-documentation.magneticone.com/products-management/import-products/expression-editor

In the editor it uses just regular sql statements as you can see. What i am trying to accomplish is at the price field, I would like it to query all pricing with the formula below. So if the cost price is .22 then the markup would be 9.5 = 2.09 and another example if the cost is 22.23 then the markup would be 2.0+3 = 47.46. How can i set this up with an sql statement? thanks

0 9.5
0.69 8.5
1 7.5
2 6.5
3 5.5
4 4.5
5 3.5
10 2.5
20 2+3
30 1.9+3
40 1.8+3
50 1.8+3
60 1.8+3
70 1.7+3
80 1.6+3
90 1.5+3
