I have a paramter which takes date in mmddyyyy format.I put the logic to take muultiple values separated by comma.When I use this in ssrs,if i do select all then it throws an error conversion failed when converting date and time from character string.If i filter the paramter and allow it to take few dates ,report runs fine.But I really need select all and all the dates.Also these many dates I have for that varchar(max)--

So if i filter excluding november month,then repurt runs fine even if i do select all but if i do select all for these dates ,it throws an error.Please help.Thanks

These dates are in drop drown box
