Hi I wish to create a query that brings back null record from three fields in a table but I don't know how to do this adding them to the WHERE Cluase. So far I have written the following query

SELECT *
FROM [ApplicationName].[dbo].[Table]
WHERE forename Is NULL

Any help on this will be greatly appreciated.

No idea what that means - maybe

SELECT *
FROM [ApplicationName].[dbo].[Table]
WHERE forename Is NULL
or surname is null
or middlename is null

Cursors are useful if you don't know sql.
SSIS can be used in a similar way.
