Hello. I am in the process of setting up an E-Commerce site that will store its database in my SQL server that I have had in place to house the data for my ERP server. The E-Commerce company requires me to set up Named Pipes. How will this affect the databases that I already have in place?

Isn't it already in place? It's typically there as it's a default option.

Anyway, enabling it will not impact your existing databases.
