Hi ppl,I am using SQL SERVER 2008 R2 and tried to work on BIDS however ended up errors.Is it possible to download only BIDS and install it?If yes, could you please help me with the download link?Thanks in advance.GIGABYTE+ |

I click on BIDS under Allprograms-->BIDS and click on file--> new project-->Integration services project1--> I get an errorMicrosoft visual studio in unable to load this document.To design integration services packages in BIDS integration services has to be installed.But I am very sure I have installed Integration services which comes with Developer 2008 R2.Any help?GIGABYTE+ |

Error message clearly says you've not installed it. Run the setup and install integration services. SQL Server Integration services 10.0 is running in services.msc but still I am not able to use BIDS. Well, that is fine. Can you suggest me any version which which BIDS works well.GIGABYTE+ |
