| Mouse over the folder you created, click the arrow at the right, select Manage, Security, New Role Assignment, type username and check the boxes as necessary. |

| sunitabeck,I right clicked on newly created folder but did not see manage option. May be from somewhere else I should grant permissions.Visakh,This user already added to MyReports role. I granted him browse, myreports and publisher. When he tried to save reports on this folder he gets error message: " Failed to preview report. The permissions granted to user .... are insufficient for permforming this operation". Any help? |

| If you have a "Folder Settings" button, that would take you to security settings as well. |
