Hi,
Can somebody tell me if SQL Server will remove it's SPN data from Active Directory when it stops (controlled)?
I know that SQL Server will try to set it's SPN when it starts up.

Recently we are having the famous double hop issue with linked servers. Every SQL Server is entitled tot write it's SPN data in AD.
However, is some cases the information is gone. We are trying to find the cause of this information removal.

greetings,

First explore your error log to find out when SPN values are removed.
