Hi everyone,I have a question regarding "resource database" whose explanation is: "Is a read-only database that contains system objects that are included with SQL Server. System objects are physically persisted in the Resource database, but they logically appear in the sys schema of every database." My understanding on it is that all the system objects are physically stored in resource database but logically appear in dabases such as master, msdb and so on. If my opinion is correct, there comes another question, that is why master database sitll takes disc space. Can anyone help to give me some advice? Thank you very much.regards,Oliver |
