Hello
the computer 2 CPU 32 total cores

so I have a mirrored c drive and 4 - 1T drives Raided

should I create a E:\ data partition, an F:\ log partion and G:\tempDB partion of 320gig ?

I have read that I should create 32 10gig TempDB files on G:

Any suggestions?

You won't need 32 tempdb files. At most, you probably will only need 8 files - if you have PAF issues with your tempdb. It won't hurt to create the multiple files but creating that many won't be needed.
