I have created a SQL Azure database complete with ready-to-go tables on my Azure cloud. I have configured my Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio to load this database locally. Now what? How do I put an API layer and a UI layer to my SQL Azure database? Does anyone have any suggestions of some good sample code?
