I have two tables
leftTable
name: someName
title: someTitle

RightTable
name: someName
title: someTitle

I need every value from the left table and the right table except where the left table (name and title) match the right table (name and title)

how can I accomplish this?

use left join in the query.

read for INTERSECT in BOL, I think it is what you mean...
