 Grant Permissions on a Stored Procedure

Is it possible to grant permission to a specific stored procedure for a user?
We are short on SQL developers right now and I was hoping I can give access to modifiying only certain sp to less experienced developers without giving overall administrative access.
Any advice is appreciated.

I think you should be able to do that using:
GRANT ALTER ON dbo.StoredProcNameHere TO UsernameHere

the statement above is correct . For ease of managing permissions - create a Role - which has relevant privileges - and then attach role to user
