Hello friends, I am new here

I have been having a problem with a joomla website I have installed using a template from Joomlart company.

I can't seem to get Turkish characters to appear correctly..I get '???' instead of 'ÇSG'.

I have converted all tables in my database to Unicode and even tried to Turkish but to no avail.

One thing I have noticed though, in my joomla website backend, is that it sees my database as Swedish collation (My tables were swedish before I converted them). Maybe this is my problem.

Could anyone show me how to convert the whole database collation to Turkish or unicode if at all that is possible.
