Hi everyone,I installed SQLServer2005 and I try to log to the server but there is no shortcut to do so.At "programs" all there is is:SQL Server Configuration ManagerSQL Server Error and Usage reportingSQL Server Surface Area ConfigurationNotification Services Command PromptReporting Services ConfigurationWhere is the SSMS ?!Thanks |

Type sqlwb.exe in run. Maybe you didn't install Client components. |

Look in "C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\90\Tools\Binn\VSShell\Common7\IDE\SqlWb.exe" (or a similar path depending on where you installed it).Which SKU did you install? If you installed express edition, you may need to install SSMS separately by downloading it from here: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=8961 |

Hi,I own a "SQL Server 2005" Developer edition. sqlwb.exe doesn't exist on my disk.Thanks |

Problem solved by using MicrosoftFixit.ProgramInstallUninstall to uninstall the server. Only then I reinstalled it so I could have SSMS.Thank you for giving a hand. |
