you can use StDev() function in reporting services for that. make sure you pass scope correctly (month level or whatever grouping level you want)http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms155807(v=sql.90).aspx------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------SQL Server MVPhttp://visakhm.blogspot.com/ |

STDEV and STDDEVP are available in SQL Server. STDDEV is for sample population (N-1 in the denominator) and STDDEVP is for entire population (or if you have a large enough sample and want to consider that as the universe (N in the denominator)).I didn't quite get the structure of your data - so not sure what std dev you are trying to calculate - whether it is the emailN or whether it is months (aggregated) or something else. |

you've added a grouping based on month in your report right? then you just need to pass month group name inside scope argument like below=StDev(Fields!Sent.Value, "Month Group Name")------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------SQL Server MVPhttp://visakhm.blogspot.com/ |
