| writes "Hi,Today, one of our machines crashed where SQL 7.0 was installed running...But after hard work, we were able to restore the drive where the data ( mdf and ldf files)were stored...But the OS got wiped off...Now we saw many pbms when we tried to install SQL 7.0 server..The procedure we followed is installed SQL 6.5 ( as we had only upgrade CD of SQL 7.0) and then tried to upgrade it...Everytime we tried it goes till the end and is erroring out at the point where it tries to connect to the server...And unfortunately the error is also not clear.It just says Connect to Server failed...Can someone please help us out....Thanks in advance,Uma" |
