When a table which is not involved in replication is truncated its stopping the replication activity.Please advice.Regards. |

which type of replication are you using? The thing is truncate does not log the "delete rows" in the database log file. That is why there might occur some inconsistencies and the replication stops. Try to use delete from. This should not cause this issue, if I am assuming right. |

run a trace. i bet it's something else.you can't truncate a replicated table, and a truncate of a table not part of the publication shouldn't have any effect.why do you think that the truncate is causing replication to stop? |
