Hi all, this is SSIS 2008 R21. My package exports a currency data type to Excel. The excel column displays 3 (for 3.00) or 2.9 (if the amount is $2.90)I want both decimal places to show. When I change the font after exporting to excel, nothing changes.2. What does the "tick" mark at the top of the column mean? Thanks, Jack |

OK - I was able to resolve the formatting problem. I added a "hidden" line that has bogus cell values with the correct format. Kind of a messy workaround. It just seems that Microsoft would be able to make exporting SQL Server data to Excel (Their own product) easier. |
