| hi experts,My 2008 R2 package is on a 64 bit server.It runs fune in BIDS but when I run it from an Agent job, I get the error below:The Excel Connection Manager is not supported in the 64-bit version of SSIS, as no OLE DB provider is available.I know the workaround is to run the package as a command.My question is - is this issue fixed by SP1? My instance is RTM.Thanks, Jack |

| Thanks jeffw8713. The 32 bit check box is the simplest option and works well.If I can only remember to use that option when I face this issue again 6 months from now, LOL.Jack |

Excel not Supported in 64-bit SSIS
