| I am sure this question has been answered before, but I do not find a solution that works. I am using Server 2008 r2. I have the url of http://dshs4dpmhsaqrs/Reports/Pages/Folder.aspx for reporting services and I am able to get to the webpage with admin rights, using domaina\user. I want to be able to let a user with domainb\user open a browser and go to the above link and see the reporting services webpage. I keep getting verify the permissions and UAC. I do not want to set up every user as we will have hundreds of users to access this page. There is not any private information in the reports, so we are not interested in major security. Just simple access to the url for any user is what we are after. I would appreciate any help. Thanks. |

| I have a domain account that we can use as a browser role and I have set that up. However, I still get a permissions error for a user that opens a browser and goes to the url. I am trying to avoid adding each user. Is there a way for a user in domainb to just open Internet Explorer, type in the url and it launch the reporting services page? In other words, is there a way to have each user emulate the "stock" domain account? I hope this is not confusing. Thank you so much for your help. I have been struggling with this for quite some time. |
