| Hi,i have configured DB mirroring without using any witness server. Mirroring was working fine but today its not working. database status showing as Principal, Disconnected. From principal server i tried to ping mirror server and also get connected to mirror server using management studio and its working fine. DB Properties --> mirroring status showing No connection: cannot connect to the mirror server instancepls guide what is the problem and how to fix it.thx |

| This issue is related to the re-booting after the reboot the principal was not able to connect the server. To solve this issue, Restart your service which will bring the mirror server to (principal and synchronized state).For more information: http://www.sqlservercentral.com/Forums/Topic1112899-146-1.aspx#bm1112996 |
