Hello all,

I'm running SSMS-2008 R2 on a Windows Server 2008 R2 server and I'm having trouble with scripting my backups because of a small error I made that I'm having difficulty undoing.

I saved a script which told the system to back up the database to the wrong location. Where do I go to find where these scripts are saved (by default, I didn't specify a location) so I can get rid of the bad backup job and put a functioning one in its place? I've looked everywhere and I can't find where one would go to manage active scripts.

Thank you in advance for the assistance, I have the feeling that I'm missing something obvious.

you can disable the current backup job and create a new one with the correct backup location.
If you have problem with your backup script, there are lot of websites where you can find the backup scripts.
have a look at this one, change the script as per your file location.
