I have a master key/certificate/symmetric key.I need to do a yearly key rotation for compliance reasons. So do I change the master key password, or create a new certificate, or change the symmetric key?I know how to change the master key password as I did that by accident.I have read about creating a new cert decryt data the encrypt with new cert, but I cannot find good instructions. The information I find say "do this" but does not go into detail as how.So I am looking for instructions on how to do a key rotation.djj |
