The XML you posted, again, is not well-formed. You can test whether it is well-formed easily by using the xml string in a simple query like shown below (where I have cut out a lot of your XML)declare @x xml = '<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?><mortage><Borrowers><Borrower></Borrower></Borrowers></mortage>'select @x; |
