Hi All,I have been requested to show the layout of a database within SQL2005. Having inherited the database from a previous administrator, whom inherited it from another the structure has never been recorded! Is there a quick way I can get a layout of what Triggers, Relationships etc. are?David |

you can using third party tools. But using standard client tools you can generate only database diagram not triggers etc objects. for that you need to query catalog views like sys.sql_modules etc------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------SQL Server MVPhttp://visakhm.blogspot.com/https://www.facebook.com/VmBlogs |
