I need to join in a query a table from an access database

what is the best way to do this

I am trying

SELECT * FROM OPENDATASOURCE(
'Microsoft.Jet.OLEDB.4.0',
'Data Source="C:\db2.mdb"')...customers

I am getting
Cannot create an instance of OLE DB provider "Microsoft.Jet.OLEDB.4.0" for linked server "(null)".
