Hi all,Using SQL Server 2012 Developer Edition. I am trying to import an .xlsx worksheet using ACE12.0 Driver.I believe I tried everything in this blog post from Visakh : http://visakhm.blogspot.com/2013/12/how-to-solve-microsoftaceoledb120-error.htmlBut I am still receiving this error message:quote:
OLE DB provider "Microsoft.ACE.OLEDB.12.0" for linked server "(null)" returned message "Unspecified error".Msg 7303, Level 16, State 1, Line 2Cannot initialize the data source object of OLE DB provider "Microsoft.ACE.OLEDB.12.0" for linked server "(null)".

do you have the driver installed on the same machine as your SQL Server ?is the excel file located on the same machine ?
