| I am having a disconnect on understanding encryption. I have a SQL Server, I have a Certificate with a Private key for the SQL server installed in the Personal folder. It is currently not in use. To use it it appears I can do this through the GUI for SSMS.Now my question is the CREATE CERTIFICATE usage. If I use the CREATE CERTIFICATE with a path to the cert am I using the one I mentioned above or a different one? |
