help to Output from the SELECT statement looks like this:
desire top 10 sales amount in sku.

Amount Qty sku payment Sale date shop
200 1 book Visa 20140910 USA-shop1
100 3 soap Master 20140320 china-shop2
---------------
Total $300 4 pcs
