Hi team, I am sql server developer having 4 year of experience in sql queries ,stored proc , tuning ,optimization and t-sql.I know that there is various concepts in sql that i am not aware of and i will learn that things by time and experience. I am seeking some suggestion from you people that what should i learn to improve my knowledge and for a better career in database.i am fascinated by nosql from last one month and wanted a career in big data technology set.Kindly suggest me if a sql developer can make a career in nosql and would it be beneficial for me to move my career in right direction or should i go for some other technology set like ssas or ssis.
