the following is a registry Hack I found:If, using Regedit, you look in:HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE->Software->Microsoft->OLAPserver: RootDir RootDir:Default TempDir TempDir:DefaultYou see that there are two directories specified, the Root and Temp:You can actually specify a different location for the RootDir than the TempDir (i.e. RootDir "C:\Program Files\MSSQL\Data" RootDir:Default "C:\Program Files\MSSQL\Data" TempDir "E:\Data" TempDir:Default "E:\Data")Which may be useful if you are wanting to seperate out the space where the cube data is actually stored verses where the temp data is processed.Forbinscolonel@yahoo.comEdited by - Cardinalae on 11/13/2002 15:23:16 |
