| Well have you analyzed what statement runs right before the exception? Also, are you sure that the alert is enabled? I realize that it is setup by default on installation, but did somebody possibly disabled it? If it is enabled, I would suggest figuring out which statement caused the exception, then calling MS to figure out why the alert isn't working. |
