I have MSSQL Server 7.0 without any service packs installed. When I attempt to set up a backup the scheduling information is not saved and therefore the backup is not run (no errors in the event viewer). I'm backing up information to disk and then from there copying the information to a backup drive. If I set up a backup and run it once off immediately is backs up fine. The only problem is that when I set up a scheduled backup nothing appears to happen. Any ideas ? Thanks for your help." |
