| Hello ,Just wanted to share and know your experience on the Database Management and Administration on a .NET framework . I have read that the SQL Servers require some kind of Compliance with .NET architecture which I am not sure . Although the article says that SQL 2000 on .NET FW gives more features on distributed query and Analytical processing .NET provides more facilities and features on the ASP . Can anyone just share their experiences and concerns if any working on this latest technology . Any informative website ????Thanks |

| I think you might have your information wrong. The .NET framework doesn't make any difference to SQL Server 2000. ADO.NET has some new ways of handling data, but the database side stays the same. You might mean Yukon on Windows Server 2003, but information about that is still a bit sketchy.Damian |
