I need to know the procedure on how to re-organize sql server 7 database. I need it badly. please help me.

What do you mean by re-organize?

Cursors are useful if you don't know sql.
DTS can be used in a similar way.

re-organize is like defragmentation. Because some tables are not in their proper order or some are missing, thats why there is a need to re-organize

Please see DBCC DBREINDEX in SQL Server Books Online. It provides all of the details needed to "re-organize" your database.
