Shouldn't be too tough. You have a couple of different options. You could just create a job with steps to insert the excel data into a table using OPENQUERY, and then do your processing on that table. Or you could create a DTS package to import the excel data into a table and then do your processing on that table.Jeff Banschbach, MCDBA
