Ive made a package that installs MSDE on win 98 machine, everything is fine and happy, BUT when i reboot ive noticed MSDE doesnt auto start, i dont want to have to write an app to start it everytime, im sure i read somewhere there is something you can put in your registry to start it each time?, does anyone know what this is? shot |

Can't you just open the SQL Service Manager and check "autostart"? I don't have any W9x computers to check but this works on W2K/XP with MSDE 1.0 and MSDE2000======Doug G====== |
