Douglas writes "I am kicking the tires of Server 2003, Web Edition. I knew that SQL Server would not install, but I thought that Personal Edition would. I have not been able (3 attempts) to get Personal Edition to install.

My databases reside on another machine, so how do I then continue to use DSN-Less connections to my databases?

Thanks
D"

As long as it's got MDAC (which it has) then you can make connections to SQL Server. You do not need to install anything on the Web Server.
