I don't have a current backup and accidently deleted a DTS package I had been working on for alomost 1 day. Is there any way to recover this?

I don't think so. If you had a current backup of your msdb database or if you had saved the DTS-package as a file, but not without any kind of saved package.

DTS packages that are saved to SQL Server are stored in sysdtspackages in the msdb database. As Andraax mentioned, if you had an msdb database backup, then you could recover it although you would probably be missing recent updates to it. Source control should be used for DTS packages if they are important. You could save them to a file and then put them in VSS or some other source control package.Tara
