One of my databases has become corrupted. The LDF is gone and there are no backups for the database. I still have the mdf. I cant detach the database because it is being replicated. I cant remove replication for that since the database is corrupted. Is there anyway I can restore my database.

Thanks in advance
Ben

Well i researched more and used the emergency switch on the corrupted database. Then i copied the data from one database to a new one. Everything looks ok, but I would still like to get rid of the old database so that I may be able to rename the new one or something equivalent.

Thanks

Why aren't there any backups of the database?

Try

alter database dbname set offline

Cursors are useful if you don't know sql.
DTS can be used in a similar way.

He's probably referring to sp_resetstatus.
