| Isn't giving a user db_datareader and db_datawriter rights the same as selecting all of those boxes for select, insert, update, delete? Also, does this affect views and execute rights on Stored Procs? Thanks! |

| From Books Online:db_datareader Can select all data from any user table in the database. db_datawriter Can modify any data in any user table in the database. Not sure if this applies to views. It does not apply to stored procedures.Tara |
