1) What is that err?
2) What I must be do? ( I wish SQL 7 installed against 2000 - if possible)"

Yes you can install SQL Server 2000 on a machine that already has SQL Server 7.0. And no it will not overwrite it.

I can't understand the error message. Please do not rephrase the error message, please just copy it into this thread.
