| I have last months full backup.Currently i have only the log file (.LDF )Is there a way to restore the DB as as of today.Thanks in adnavce. |

If you are in full recovery, and there have been no log truncations since the last full backup (Unlikeley) you can do a log backup now, and do a point in time recovery to today, whatever time you want. But since you don't have the .MDF, i guess you can't do a log backup .Looks like you are out of luck. -Chadhttp://www.clrsoft.comSoftware built for the Common Language Runtime. |

| Yikes. Sounds like you are going to have to restore to last months full backup. This gives you reason to start backing up the database more regularly, also consider copying those files to tape.Tara |
