| HelloI need to restore a database from a backup file, on a fresh installation of sql server.When I try to restore I can't browse to select the backup file through EM, is it possible through TSQL ? It seems to only a allow me to select backup files it created.Thanks |

| Use From Device then it will allow you to select the disk file.Otherwise just use restore database from t-sql.==========================================Cursors are useful if you don't know sql.DTS can be used in a similar way.Beer is not cold and it isn't fizzy. |
