Any reccomendations as to the target percentage for Free Space?

I have a 8GB Database, that adds 7 to 9 MB of "Data" on a daily basis.

10% is the default. I rarely change it. The times that I do is because the amount of data added is so small and the database is very large, so 10% is a whole lot when it doesn't need that much for a while.

10% of 8GB is 800MB. So it'll take 100 days for it to use all of it. 5% might be better if you need the disk space for something else. If you don't, just use 10%.

Thank you Tara!

If it is good enough for your multi terabyte databases it must be good enough for my 8GB Database.
