One of the IT personnel here added a 1GB transaction log file to one of my DB's. So now the DB has two transaction log files. Is there a way that I can remove the second transaction log file that is 1GB because it is not needed?

Thank you

Use the REMOVE FILE option in ALTER DATABASE command.
